What is the current lead time for custom holsters?
Since each holster is handcrafted to your specific firearm and light configuration, our current production time is approximately 2-3 weeks before shipping.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All Havok Holsters come with a limited lifetime warranty covering functional defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I return a custom-made holster?
Customized items are generally non-refundable; however, if there is a fitment issue or manufacturing error, please contact us within 15 days for a replacement or adjustment.
What materials do you use for your holsters?
We use high-quality Kydex and Boltaron materials, paired with heavy-duty hardware to ensure maximum durability and a secure, consistent draw.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time due to varying regional regulations.
How do I adjust the retention on my holster?
Most of our models feature adjustable retention screws near the trigger guard. Simply use a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten or loosen the grip to your preference.
